For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an innate desire to create. It’s just in my blood. From building furniture for my antique dollhouse out of my brother’s legos, batting, and fabric or cutting up my cheetah print pants (yes. cheetah.) and piecing them back together as a hand bag… to spending countless hours in the dark room during college photography classes to renovating our 1930’s bungalow…I love to create. I love the tangible process of taking a medium from point A to point B and the feeling of potential in my own two hands… the judder of an orbital sander, the pull of watercolor across paper, the ticka-ticka-ticka of a sewing machine…or the click of a camera’s shutter.
And then to step back and see something better than what was there before, something that I had a hand in creating – there’s nothing like it.
That being said, I’ve loosely known my way around a camera for quite some time, but over the course of this past year photography has caught my attention more than ever. So, with the help of several classes, prodding from good friends, and second shooting opportunities, I set off to refine my craft. I love capturing authentic moments and creating inspiring images and with that, I’m excited to launch Keo Wallace Photography.
To be honest, I’m not entirely sure where this is headed, but I’m excited to find out!
So happy for you and your brave new adventure you are ready to embark!!! Praying God’s sweet affirmation is evident every step of this journey!! Much love to you and your family, Keo!!
